ISLAMABAD- Fresh from the verdict of the three-member special bench of the Supreme Court that dismissed the reservations raised by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s son, regarding two members of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) formed to probe the Panama Papers, Hussain Nawaz has penned an emotional SMS to PM Nawaz, The Dependent has learnt.
“But I don’t like that JIT daddy 🙁 :’( :’(,” reads the screenshot available exclusively with The Dependent of the SMS conversation between the father and son, which was replicated from Facebook and WhatsApp, after the premier had seen both the messages but had not replied.
According to the print screen digital documentation available with The Dependent, exactly 48 seconds after the PM’s failure to reply, Hussain Nawaz posted the following message on all three of the aforementioned platforms.
“I don’t like Bilal Rasool!! And I hate that Amer Aziz, daddy jee!! :’(”
Further details elaborate the issues that the PM’s son has with the two persons cited.
“I saw Bilal shout Go Nawaz Go myself, daddy. He fears a PTI vest to work every day!” wrote Hussain adding that Aziz had boxers affiliated with the military regime of the former military dictator Pervez Musharraf.
During today’s hearing, Hussain’s newly-engaged counsel, Khawaja Haris, alleged before the bench that the choice of garments of the two members of the JIT had been “abusive”.
However, the three-judge bench, dismissed the accusation and said a probe into the JIT’s undergarments wasn’t in the apex court’s jurisdiction.
“We will not change any members of the JIT, nor will we prevent someone from wearing their preferred clothes,” the SC bench remarked.
At press time the PM is still trying to figure out how to convert his Chinese keyboard to English, as Hussain Nawaz awaits the reply.
