ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Thursday gave work advice to Punjab Chief Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif following news that he is looking for a new job, The Dependent has reliably learnt.

Sources close to both Imran and Shehbaz have confirmed that the two had a long Skype chat on Thursday night, with the PTI chief taking up the role of career counselor, which the Punjab CM thoroughly appreciated.

“You too are a thorough professional, Shehbaz,” Imran said during the Skype call. “Just because there’s professional rivalry between us, doesn’t mean that I can’t recognise the skillset that you have.”

“Having said that I would sincerely advise you not to send in your CVs and apply for positions that aren’t vacant. Because a person who is already hired and a person who is needlessly applying for the same position cannot jointly strengthen anything, bro.”

Reliable sources who have kept a recording of the conversation with them told The Dependent that the Punjab chief minister appreciated the earnest advice and reciprocated the kind gesture by asking the PTI chairman to ‘shove it up you know where Khan saab’.
