The leader of the movement for a separate Hazara province has become active recently in Karachi. Although he is well within his right to speak in favour of Hazara province, he must get his demand heard through proper channels and can only get it implemented through due procedure. But he is unable to understand the ground reality. He should know that the creation of new province is a complicated process. No one can create new province by merely employing hollow slogans.

The completion of ground work is necessary before one can undertake this process. There is the need of two-thirds majority for pursuing the resolution in the respective province. Baba Haider, pray do tell, how many provincial seats do you have? It seems that he is politically immature. I advise him to first get the required provincial strength and then talk of getting the resolution passed.
