RAWALPINDI - The Rawalpindi District Court on Saturday framed charges against Law Minister Babar Awan in an incident involving the abduction of a newspaper's owner and robbery in 1998. KARACHI - An anti terrorism court (ATC) on Friday handed down death sentences to four men charged with kidnapping a minor boy for ransom.
