LAHORE - The Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khosa has stressed on burying the 'past politics of vendetta and hatred', as all political parties have equal stakes in the country.

Governor clings on to secondary, intermediate education boards
KARACHI - Sindh Governor Ishratul Ebad is seemingly intent on retaining control over secondary and intermediate education boards of the province, with an amendment to the to Sindh Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education Ordinance-1972 returned to the Sindh Assembly (SA) for reconsideration.

LAHORE - Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan expressed hope that Sardar Latif Khan Khosa's appointment as Punjab governor will help reduce political confrontation in Punjab.
Talking to journalists after attending Justice Javed Iqbal's parents' Qul on Thursday, Aitzaz said Sardar Khosa was a senior lawyer and hopefully he will develop good relations between the PPP and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), reducing the existing tensions between them.
