Instead of ending drone attacks after the government of Pakistan protested and adopted a resolution in the National Assembly, the US has stepped up its campaign in the tribal region. Only the other day, it fired three missiles, killing more than 19 people. I wonder what the use of raising all this hue and cry by our political leaders was when they go behind our back by supporting these attacks in private talks. As the US is hell bent on killing terrorists, should the killing of ‘some innocents’ be treated as collateral damage?
