So many of us have witnessed womens dupattas winding in the rear wheel of motorcycles they are riding and then crashing violently on the road. It is very important to educate these poor families who acquire motorcycles but have no knowledge about safety precautions. A few months ago I saw a young girl tumbling on the road with her head stuck to the rear wheel of a motorbike because of the dupatta that was probably strangling her. It was an awful, tragic scene to witness as I drove by those helpless people trying desperately to save her without scissors.
