The 12th death anniversary of legendary singer Madam Noor Jehan was observed on Sunday.
To honor the lady acclaimed worldwide for mastery over her vocal chords and her wizardry regarding musical genres, the staff members and workers of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation Karachi led by the Station Director Tanveer Iqbal visited the grave of Madam Noor Jehan located at the Defence graveyard. The visiting delegation laid floral wreath on behalf of the director General Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, Murtaza Solangi and offered Fateha. Radio Pakistan is also paying tribute to the music maestro in its programs for the services she rendered in music and also her contributions to the Pakistani cinema.
