For the past so many days, the whole nation is going through a torturous situation by not getting CNG when it is willing to pay for it. The people are being used as a shuttle cock between SC, OGRA and the CNG Dealers’ Association. Now that the SC has ordered the OGRA to come up with pricing formula that gives relief to the public and also ensures a reasonable profit to the CNG dealers, I am surprised to find our worthy PM totally missing from this page. It seems that he is shunning to take up his responsibility of being the Chief Executive of the country. Is democracy again taking the best revenge from the public?
It is my hunch, I may be wrong, but I feel that our PM, who is also facing the onslaught of the SC on the appointment of previous chairman OGRA and taking disastrous decisions about rental power plants, may be chickening out and intentionally be avoiding to take a decision so that he may not be held accountable in the future. There goes our good governance.
