I would like to draw the attention of the authorities towards the insufficient and irregular water supply in our area. People have to face severe problems. Particularly in the summer season, it will become all the more serious. It often becomes a cause of conflict. People can be seen arguing over the issue of water. At the water taps, people have to make a queue because water is supplied only for one to two hours. The pressure of water is also low.
People get late from their offices, businesses, schools and colleges. It is unfortunate that the people of the area despite paying their taxes timely do not get basic amenities. The corporation has turned a blind eye to the problem.
The authorities need to take immediate and urgent action to ensure regular water supply in our area so that we may be able to carry on our routine life.
