Karachi operation is going well and crackdown-cum-search operation on criminals has result in arrests and recovery of huge amount of weapons. A large number of target killers, drug pushers and money-snatchers have been arrested.
We hope that soon Karachi’s peace would be restored and life would become normal once again. The politics of allegations and counter-allegations have muddied the political scene and tensions exist amongst the parties. The charged atmosphere is not conducive for the peace efforts. It must be defused and sanity should prevail. We must unite together against the criminals and get rid of them. We must learn lessons from our follies and mistakes committed by us in the past, and get prepared to overcome all hurdles in the future. Sooner or later things would get better. It is a situation we should make the best of.
