MUMBAI – Reacting negatively to the trailer of the upcoming film PM Narendra Modi, the de facto producer, director, writer, casting director, music director and editor of the film PM Narendra Modi has expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the lead actor Vivek Oberoi playing the title role.

Modi, who has done everything for the film, barring acting in it himself, felt that given what is evident in the trailer maybe he should’ve considered doing that bit as well.

“PM Narendra Modi feels that a film called PM Narendra Modi not having good quality acting is both ironic and an exhibit of the mediocrity of the acting talent outside of Indian politics,” a member of the film production told The Dependent.

Sources further reveal that Modi is particularly disappointed with Vivek Oberoi for not being able to learn from the PM’s acting skills on display.

“Technically both have acting careers spanning almost two decades, and yet they are poles apart,” notes leading film critic Taran Adarsh.

Sources close to Modi reveal that PM feels that the trailer oozes with overacting.

“If I wanted overacting I would’ve done it myself,” Modi told a close aide. “I mean we’re literally putting everything out in the open by calling the film PM Narendra Modi. And then you see such mediocre acting…”
