A group of leading quantum physicists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology have resolved the impasse between the Pakistani Foreign Office and the US State Department in a revealing new paper.

The deadlock had started after the US State Department said that the issue of Pakistani-based terror outfits was discussed; this was denied by the Pakistani FO but the State Department still held on to its version.

“The conversation that took place the other day between US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Pakistani PM Imran Khan,” said Dr Jennifer Chang, lead scientist.

“Took place in a dimension where all topics simultaneously were and weren’t discussed.”

“Furthermore, this discussion and no-discussion took place both throughout the duration of the phone call and never during the phone call,” she said. “It’s tough to wrap one’s head around this concept but this is what happened,” she said. “It’s the only logical explanation. Otherwise, how can two sentient beings have something so different to report about a conversation over a clean line of communication that last for a very short duration of time. How?”
