Govt to set up five colleges in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: A decision has been taken to set up five new colleges in Rawalpindi Division to overcome the admission difficulties faced by students.

According to sources, one each girls degree college will be established in Dhamiyal, Chak Bailey Khan, Gujar Khan and Mandara, while a boys degree college be established in Rawalpindi.

Around Rs200 million funds will be spent on the degree colleges’ project, Rs6.3 million will be spent to set up special schools for special children.
