KARACHI: States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) Federal Minister Lt Gen Retd Abdul Qadir Baloch on Saturday called on Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair.
The overall political situation in the country, Operation Rudd-ul-Fassad and matters of interest came up for discussion at the meeting held at the Governor House.
The governor ensured the progress and development in all areas of the province. The progress of the frontier regions and tribal areas was part of the government long-term plan for the region, he added.
Zubair said that the prime minister’s special attention on the development projects was ushering in a new era of progress and development and basic facilities to the people were being provided at their doorsteps.
Abdul Qadir Baloch apprised the governor of the performance of his ministry.
