The Interior Ministry on Tuesday has decided to deploy a special water cannon for the Nov 30 rally of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) which would throw coloured water on party workers engaging in violence, a news channel reported.
The channel claimed that the specially prepared water would leave stains on law violators for around one week. This would enable police and law enforcement agencies to track down the vandalism suspects even after the rally is over.
