The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has disconnected the electricity of 161 residential flats in Sector G-6, illegally occupied by the officials of Capital Development Authority (CDA) and police.
It has been learnt that the flats were neither allotted to the CDA nor police officials but have been illegally occupied by them for the last four years. Illegal electricity connections were also being used in these apartments.
A team of FIA and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) took joint action and disconnected the electricity connections of these flats.
