On the 48th anniversary of Pakistan Television Corporation, I salute PTV and all its former and current staff members, for their contribution in giving Pakistan a global recognition and Pakistanis a unique identity, with their toil and sweat.
Whenever the history of TV will be written, the immense contribution of PTV in projecting the image of Pakistan and telecasting highest class documentaries, dramas and musical programmes will be written in golden words. Moreover, the intrinsic role of PTV in bringing all Pakistanis from Khyber to Mehran as one nation is really something to sing about. I recommend to the government of Pakistan to bestow the award of Pride of Performance to the PTV as an organisation, being the most loved institute of the country.
