Two girls died on Monday owing to intake of poison food while two other children are stated to be in critical condition.
As per the details, in the suburb area of Thatta Kalia the incident occurred when, after dinner, Rukhsana Bibi she saw her children fell unconscious.
She, along with her children, went to a private clinic where Amar, Namra died while the condition of her son and other daughter is stated to be in critical condition.
Rukhsana was living alone with her children after her husband passed away.
