LAHORE – The chief of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Altaf Hussain, has asked the people of Punjab to stand up against looters and plunderers of national wealth.
Addressing office bearers of MQM from Lahore and other districts of Punjab, as well as students from Punjab University on Friday, Altaf said revolutions only started from cottages and this time too, the poor of Pakistan would root out the capitalists, feudal lords and industrialists involved in depriving the people of their basic rights. He said that MQM would stand by Punjabis to topple the representatives of imperialism.
