PCB releases registration of agents’ regulations

LAHORE - The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released its registration of agents' regulations, 2010.
According to a press release issued by PCB here on Wednesday said that these regulations shall be applicable with immediate effect to all persons wishing to act as agent(s) for the cricketers who have or are representing Pakistan at all levels or who participate in cricket matches/tournament organized by PCB, and also on the cricketers utilizing services of such agent(s).

LAHORE - Cathay Pacific Airways, today, released combined Cathay Pacific and Dragonair traffic figures for March 2011 that showed a slight annual drop in the number of passengers, while there was an increase in the amount of cargo and mail. LAHORE - Pakistan released one of its longest-serving Indian prisoners on Thursday after more than 23 years behind bars, accepting a call for his freedom on humanitarian grounds, officials said.

COLOMBO - Maldives police Sunday said they had released a man suspected of plotting an attack on the ICC World Cup taking place in South Asia. Maldivian national Iqbal Mohamed, 42, was arrested on March 10 as he arrived at Male International airport from Pakistan following a tip-off from the international police body Interpol.
