Detectives uncover illegal activities in 66 Rawalpindi hotels

RAWALPINDI - On the directives of Punjab Government, the Rawalpindi administration has decided to take action against 66 hotels and inns for their involvement in illegal activities.
The intelligence agencies in their report to high-ups of Punjab Government recommended action against 66 hotels and inns in Rawalpindi because they are posing security threats, sources said.
The agencies in their report also mentioned the activities, being carried out in these hostels and inns.

Rawalpindi police foil terrorism bid

RAWALPINDI - Police on Monday foiled a terrorism attack by recovering a heavy quantity of lethal weapons from a car during search at a checkpost on Chakri Road.
The weapons included 25 repeaters of twelve bore gun, including six revolving and 20 magazine guns, 70 thirty-bore pistols and 25,000 rounds of 30-bore.
