‘Faheem, Faizan’s relatives in Rawalpindi’
LAHORE - Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Sunday disclosed that the relatives of Faheem and Faizan, who were shot dead by Raymond Davis, were in Rawalpindi, reported a private TV channel. Talking to media, he said the victims' relatives were hiding because of fear. He said the Punjab government had nothing to do with Raymond's release and it just fulfilled the legal responsibility. He further said that the provincial government still had his passport in its custody.
LHC CJ to sit at Pindi bench next week
LAHORE - Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry on Saturday constituted five division benches (DB) and 11 single benches (SB) for hearing cases at the Principal Seat, Lahore in the week starting from March 28. For the next week, the LHC CJ will sit at the Rawalpindi Bench for hearing matters in division benches as well as single benches.
