Widely circulated British newspaper 'The Daily Telegraph' has apologised to the former Pakistani captain Younus Khan for associating him with the controversial figure of Mazhar Majeed.
Majeed is under interrogation by Scotland Yard for fixing cricket matches and bribing Pakistani players in the recently concluded Pakistan tour to England. Younus' lawyer Abdul Qayyum said the 'Daily Telegraph' has published an apology regretting its story linking Younis with Mazhar.
