LAHORE - A full bench of Lahore High Court adjourned proceedings on petitions challenging President Asif Ali Zardari's dual offices for one day. The bench was hearing detailed arguments of the petitioner counsel AK Dogar who will continue arguing his case on Tuesday against Zardari as court time ended on Monday.

LAHORE - The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday ordered vote recounting in NA-157 Khanewal-III on a petition challenging election of Hamid Yar Hiraj from the constituency. FIA to move LHC today to get PO status for Moonis
ISLAMABAD - The FIA will move the Lahore High Court today (Tuesday) to get Moonis Elahi declared a proclaimed offender (PO) for his alleged involvement in the multi-billion rupee NICL scam. The FIA issued the arrest warrants for Moonis on January 29 after he failed to appear before the investigation team.

LAHORE - The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday disposed of a petition challenging establishment and functioning of various task forces. Justice Iftikhar Hussain Chaudhry was hearing the petition filed by Maqsood Abbas, a resident of Green Town. LAHORE - The news of the termination of four more additional judges has unsettled all additional judges at the Lahore High Court, Pakistan Today has learnt. With four of their colleagues sacked, none of the 20 adhoc LHC judges on duty are certain of their future in the higher judiciary. LHC directs Railways to pay salaries of legal advisers
LAHORE - Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed of the Lahore High Court Tuesday directed Pakistan Railways authorities to pay by February 14 salaries of its legal advisers, outstanding for the last month. LAHORE - A full bench of the Lahore High Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing on petitions challenging President Asif Ali Zardari for holding dual offices. Now the bench headed by Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry will resume hearing on February 3.
