LAHORE - Hostelites are facing major problems due to severe cold and gas shortage including shortage of food, cold water for bathing and chilly rooms, as gas heaters have become useless, Pakistan Today has learnt. LAHORE - The crippling industry has been hit by another shock as Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has decided to increase gas curtailment hours for Punjab industries during January.
The SNGPL was supplying three and half days in a week gas to the industrial sector. This has now been increased to four days; sources said adding that load-shedding would be done on rotational basis.
