LAHORE - At a protest, Kahna Nou police arrested Ali Ahmad with 110 grams of Charas, while his companion escaped after throwing 1.5 kg of Charas. Ahmad pointed out that his name was Muhammad Rafique and he was a resident of Ameen Park, Band Road.
