CJ constitutes bench to hear Civil Review Petition
ISLAMABAD - Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has constituted a four member larger bench to hear the Civil Review Petition.
According to a press release issued here on Tuesday, the bench would hear Civil Review Petition Nos 46 & 47 of 2011 in Constitution Petition Nos. 11 & 18 of 2011 regarding non acceptance of recommendation of Judicial Commission by Parliamentary Committee with respect to the Judges of Lahore High Court and High Court of Sindh on Friday.

LAHORE - The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday issued transfer orders of four civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates. According to a notification issued by the LHC registrar, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Shahzaz Ahmed was transferred from Vehari to Mailsi, Shazib Dar from Pattoki to Vehari, Waqar Mansoor from Chiniot to Bhowana and Babar Hussain from Chiniot to Lalian.

LAHORE - The Lahore High Court chief justice on Thursday issued transfers/postings orders of two civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates. They include Chaudhry Umar Hayat from Kharian to Narowal and Samina Ijaz Cheema from Narowal to Kharian.
