Priyanka Chopra, who recently got engaged to Nick Jonas, has expressed her desire to want to be a mother.
Responding to a question about her friend’s Meghan Markle’s pregnancy at a recent event, Priyanka said that she was very excited for the couple, adding that she too wants to catch up with her friends having babies.
“I’m super excited. A few of my friends are having babies, so, this is that time, I guess — I’m having baby fever now,” Priyanka said.
At another event, when she was asked about her thoughts on Meghan’s pregnancy, Priyanka said, “I just have a few of my friends who are having babies right now and I’m like, ‘God I need to catch up!’”
Previously in an interview with People magazine, Priyanka had opened up about wanting to start a family.
“I am a very live in the today, maximum live-in-the-next-two-months kind of person. But [in] 10 years, I definitely want to have kids. That is, it’s definitely going to happen in the next 10 years. Well, hopefully earlier than that. I’m very fond of children and want to be able to do that,” she had said.
