Afghanistan on Tuesday won the toss and decided to bat first against India in the second last match of the Super Four of Asia Cup 2018.
Wicket-keeper batsman Dhoni is leading the team as Chahar is making a debut for the Indian team.
Talking after the toss, Dhoni said that the team management wanted to give chance to players, who have not played in this tournament.
Meanwhile, Afghanistan is playing with an unchanged side.
India has already qualified for the final after defeating Pakistan and Bangladesh, while Afghanistan is out of the tournament due to two losses.
