Amir Khan, three others indicted for sheltering terrorists at Nine Zero

KARACHI: A court on Monday indicted three individuals, including Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan’s (MQM-P) Amir Khan for giving refuge to terrorists at Nine Zero.

Minhaj Qazi, Raees Mama and Amir Khan denied all the allegations leveled against them.

Witnesses and investigation officers have also been issued notices.

Amir Khan had previously confessed to providing refuge to the criminals at party headquarters. A total of 26 criminals were arrested, according to the challan filed by Sindh Police.

The 26 criminals, including Naimat Randhava involved in Wali Babar murder case were arrested following a raid at the MQM headquarters by Rangers on March 11, 2015.

A case was then registered at the Azizabad Police Station.
