The PPP-led coalition government on Wednesday comfortably got the Finance Bill 2011-12 worth Rs 2.7 trillion passed from the National Assembly with majority vote. The opposition failed to get any of its proposed amendments incorporated in the finance bill while the House made as many as 20 recommendations from the Upper House part of the money bill.
