Balochistan FC recovers cache of arms, ammunition in Dera Bugti IBOs

DERA BUGTI: Balochistan Frontier Corps (FO) recovered a cache of arms and ammunition during Intelligence Based Operations (IBOs) in Dera Bugti, media wing of Pakistan Army told on Sunday.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) informed that the IBO was conducted in the Balochistan district to bust the suspected hideouts of terrorists. RPG rockets, mines, explosive, and detonators were among the weapons recovered during the multiple raids.

On Thursday, FC recovered a fairly huge cache of arms and ammunition including suicide jackets, RPG rockets, sub-machine guns, mines, explosives, and detonators. A day earlier, operations were conducted across the country’s largest province in Chaman, Kohlu, Sibbi, and Uch.

On January 30, it was reported that Balochistan FC had arrested 10 suspected terrorists during multiple IBOs in Dera Murad Jamali and Dera Bugti. Similar IBOs were also conducted on January 25 where the security forces had apprehended 20 terror suspects from Dera Murad Jamali, Pashtoon Abad, Sangan, and Shahreg areas.
