Banking court on Tuesday adjourned the National Insurance Company Limited (NCIL) case until June 10 as the court judge was busy in the Lahore High Court (LHC).
According to the details, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Moonis Elahi was brought to a banking court in an armoured vehicle from a sub-jail in the NICL case. A large number of PML-Q workers greeted him on his arrival at the court.
Banking Court Judge Mian Abdur Rasheed had some engagements in the LHC so the hearing was postponed until June 10. The prosecution will provide all the related documents to Moonis’ lawyer before the next hearing.
