Smog has been dominating Punjab’s skyline for the past week and is proving to be very lethal for the people.
In an attempt to spread awareness and educate the people on smog, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) workers and officials took to the streets of Lahore where they distributed pamphlets and face mask to the locals.
This campaign was in line with the Billion Tree Tsunami in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to provide green growth for sustainable forestry development.
PTI documented their activities on social media using the hashtag #PunjabDemandsBillionTrees, which has now become a trending one.
