LAHORE: Local residents gouged out a ninth grader’s eyes in the name of honour in Lahore.
During the hearing, the judge expressed resentment over incomplete investigation and assured the affected that justice would be provided to him.
The court also termed the incident as deplorable and directed the security officers to submit complete report in next proceeding.
Investigation has been launched against the culprits.
