Five family members including three women were killed and 16 others were injured on Monday when a van collided with a bus Kunjah town in Gujrat.
According to police, the victims from Sialkot were returning home after attending a birthday party in Sargodha when the accident occurred.
The deceased have been identified as Saba Bibi, Rukhsana Bibi, her 7-year-old son Hasnain Ali, Nazi Bibi and her 3-month-old son Ali Haider.
Bodies and injured people have been shifted to Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Hospital.
