I have a very good idea which the government of Pakistan can follow. As the government is thinking about advancing the clock by one hour, it will be good if government advances the year 2011 to 2013.
This will mean that one years electricity will be saved as their will be no load-shedding in 2012. The government never entertains requests of common people but I am hopeful that it will consider this request.
After imposing this idea, one more promise of the democratic government will be fulfilled; of no load-shedding in 2012. The proposal is as much sane as the idea of advancing the clock.
