A friend of mine went to Hawks Bay Gate no 5, Karachi. After coming back, he told me that the said area has no infrastructure and that most of the roads are broken. One of the shopkeepers told him that despite having an air-conditioner in his shop, his electricity bill cost him not more than 200 rupees. This shows that there is no proper metering system in the area either
Will the concerned authority take action? Are the authorities bothered about giving relief to the people as lack of infrastructure has troubled their life? I hope that the answer is in the affirmative
