It was yet another strange act by Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza when he awarded cash prize to a civilian who has killed two suspected robbers in Hyderabad. This step by Sindh Home Minister will encourage people to kill robbers and because of this many people will take law into their hands and say that the accused were robbers.
I hope that the police performs its duties carefully so that the people are not forced to kill any suspect. If the civilians want to help, they can hold the criminal till the police reaches the crime scene.
