President Asif Ali Zardari by exercising his constitutional powers has rightly decided to refer case of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto (ZAB) which was in fact a judicial murder.
The verdict was given four to three in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The verdict against ZAB was given not on merit but only under personal sentiments. Further, there were reports by international media that dictator General Ziaul Haq had influenced the judges to get verdict against ZAB.
It is sad how some people are shamelessly trying to ignore the facts.
