Nuclear hazard in Japan

What a havoc nuclear plants can be! We can learn that from the Japan incident. With the explosion in the third reactor of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power station, the fear of spread of nuclear radiation to civilian localities has taken hold of not only Japan but possibilities of it spreading to neighbouring countries cannot be ruled out. Japan has faced conditions like this in World War II and hasnt been yet able to come out of its effects. The winds are expected to blow the poisonous radioactive material over the Pacific Ocean. It might also take its toll on vegetation and wildlife that would come in its way. It would be like a travelling death. Its time to join hands and help Japan.
