Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday reviewed sanitation situation while visiting areas from the CM House to the city courts.
The chief minister visited city courts and offered condolences to lawyers over the Quetta incident. During his visit, he also reviewed security of the city courts complex.
He also examined the hygienic conditions in the surrounding areas. Security was beefed up in the city courts area and heavy contingent of police was deployed during the visit of chief minister.
Additional IG Mushtaq Mehar and Barrister Murtaza Wahab were also with the chief minister and the later briefed Murad Ali Shah on the security of the back door of the complex. Murad also reviewed the parking gate of the complex and issued directions to the security officers present there.
On his way back, the CM inspected the markets after which he went to DJ Science College and met its principal. He also assessed the cleanliness status in the college. He told the principal that he dropped in because he got his education from this college.
The chief minister also took serious notice of illegal occupation of state land and said he was receiving complaints that China cutting was continuing. He directed senior member of board of revenue to submit him a comprehensive report in this regard.
GOVT TO BEAR EXPENSES OF QUETTA BLAST VICTIMS
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah visited the injured in Quetta blast at Aga Khan Hospital on Tuesday. On the occasion, he said that expenses of all the injured persons being treated in Karachi will be borne by the Sindh government which will be supervised by the provincial Secretary health.
