The electronic media is a dominating force all over the world now. It flourished in Pakistan from 2006 to 2011. But their role is highly questionable. It is the duty of a journalist to report a specific event without any prejudice. Sadly, this is not the case in Pakistan. Our TV channels have become a party in the national political scene and other debates of national interest. They are trying their best to imprint their views on our nation. There is a huge difference between an opinion maker and a reporter. News anchors are trying to become news experts without even knowing the difference between reporting of an event and reviews.
