The peace agreement in Parachinar and its welcoming by the banned Tehrik-e-Taliban seems to depict the history being repeated. Whenever, these outfits feel fit to engage, they break the truce and again challenge the state writ in the area. It is important that these outfits should be kept under close watch and should not be allowed to play the cloak and dagger game, all over again.
