Recently the world cancer day was celebrated all over the world. Research proves that the rate of cancer is increasing in Pakistan.
It is so because of tobacco and its by-products like easy availability and growing use of pan, chhalia, gutka, etc. they have become serious threats to people of all age groups including children.
The government does not seem to be serious about this issue because these products give generate a high amount of tax. Sheesha has also become a common item among the youth. I request the concerned authorities to take a notice of the situation and stop the cancer from spreading.
