According to a recent news report, extremists have been turning to robbing banks for their finance generation. The trend has also been reported at an increase since 2009. This is an alarming situation as the hard earned money of the Pakistani people is being used to carry out terrorist activities.
It commonly comes to ones notice that the banks or the armored vehicles carrying cash are mostly not sufficiently guarded, as the terrorists come equipped with latest weaponry and training. It is a request by me as a concerned citizen, to the authorities and all the financial institutions, for addressing this matter on priority basis.
