Appeal to KESC

I was returning home at night when I happened to pass from the road opposite Jehangir Park. The church in the opposite side had an entrance door which was being heavily guarded by police but there was no light in the area. It was all in darkness.

The KESC did not carry out loadshedding during Eid-ul-Fitr, Edi-ul-Adha and Muharram but they have not taken into account the importance of religious days of minorities living in Pakistan. Two major minorities living here are Hindus and Christians and their main religious days are Diwali and Christmas. I am sure the KESC can spare these two days also from loadshedding.

My head goes down in shame for this biased attitude of our government and institutions towards the minorities living in Pakistan.
