An identity crisis of a different kind

A significant issue that is affecting students of this generation is the issue of the B-form and the complications associated with it. The reason for this is that there are no proper offices, and there is a high level of black marketing and late delivery of B-forms. The boards of intermediate and secondary education make it compulsory for all students of the eighth and ninth classes to bring their B-forms along with them in order to be allowed to sit for their examinations.

However, due to no proper office and a late delivery process many students are not able to get their B-forms on time and are not able to sit in the exams because of this.

These students are being deprived from one of their major rights. The department is not utilising or managing its resources efficiently. The process of monitoring and accountability is not strong and the department is not well equipped with the latest equipment.

In order to overcome these issues, the concerned government authorities have to take them into serious consideration. Offices must be established and responsibilities have to be divided between officials rather than laying the entire work load on one official.

Students should also be asked to come up innovative ideas. Most importantly there should be a monitoring of resources. The process of up-gradation must be defined and a time frame given after which up-gradation takes place.
