The Federal Cabinet Friday (today) during a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif decided to observe Tuesday 19 July as ‘black day’ against the Indian forces atrocities in Indian-held-Kashmir (IHK).

According to the reports, seven hundred thousand Indian soldiers deployed in Occupied Kashmir could not suppress the struggle of Kashmiris.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan will continue to extend moral, political and diplomatic support to Kashmiris in their just struggle for right to self-determination.

Voice and struggle of the people of Indian occupied Kashmir cannot be suppressed through the use of brutal force and human rights abuses, he added.

Pakistan will support Kashmirs in their right to self-determination, he added. The special sitting of the federal Cabinet decided to call joint session of the parliament to address Kashmir issue.

The Prime Minister directed all the relevant departments to highlight Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir by the Indian forces at international forums.

The PM said the government and people of Pakistan respect the sentiments of their Kashmiri brethren and will continue to support the Kashmir cause at every international forum.

The meeting reiterated the condemnation of the killing of Kashmiri leader Burhan Wani and many other civilians by the Indian military and paramilitary forces.

  1. What else can you do? you have been isolated in the region. Your trusted ally Saudi does not trust you anymore. Your economy is in shambles. You have charges of sponsoring global terrorism. Such deeds may be a face saving way.

  2. As long as this elected feudalism and one before it remains in power, for the poor and the downtrodden, the malnourished children who go to bed hungry every night, the millions who drink water not fit for animals, life is just one bleak black day with no end in sight. To hell with this elected monstrosity you all call democracy.
